1. What is the difference between "Made To Order", "Ready To Ship?, and "Customs"?

Made To Order: This item is not in stock and will take up to 2-3 weeks to be processed, handmade and shipped. Please make sure to order items accordingly to make sure they arrive for your event.

Ready To Ship: This item is already made and will be shipped out to you in 1-4 business days. We don't ship items during the weekend/holidays!

2. Are the items swim friendly?

A majority of the items are swim friendly. Email/message us on socials regarding a specific fabric and we can tell you if it is or not.

3. Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately we no longer take custom orders. The only custom requests are we will take are styles and fabrics already in the store. For example if you wanted The Evolution fabric in a tube set instead of it's normal style. Please contact us to do this.

4. My event is closer than the processing time can I still get in time?

Please email/dm us in this situation and we will be able to accomodate you on a case to case basis depending on the current workload and inventory. You might be asked to pay for an additional rush fee of $30.

5. Can I make the top shorter/longer or the bottoms shorter/longer/cheekier etc.? 

If an item is made to order and you want a small alteration like listed above absolutely! Just write in the notes when ordering and be specific as possible. Contact us first if you are unsure!

6. How do I wash my outfit?

All items should be hand washed and lay to dry for best results. If you absolutely must use a washing machine use cold water and wash on delicate and lay to dry. This may or may not damage the fabric over time.

7. Why is the shipping $8 and not less?

The shipping is $8 because we use priority shipping to ensure you get your item promptly! Also this is what we pay on our end, we are not upping the cost.

8. If I am local to Houston can I pick up my outfit?

Unfortunately, no. We ship only. Only time we sell in person are at vending events which we post information about on our socials!

9. You don't offer my size, do you do custom sizing?

Yes! Make sure to have your accurate measurements on hand and contact us.


10. If the item doesn't fit can I return it or exchange for another size?

Due to the custom aspect, returns and exchanges are unfortunately unavailable. However message us and we can see what we can do, depending on supplies and volume order we may be able to help you out but this is not guaranteed. You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchange requests will not be able after this time. If an exchange is possible you will be asked to pay a $28 processing fee. This covers shipping back to you and the cost of remaking the item. Expect up to normal turnaround time to receive your exchange. Please refer to our store policies for more info on this.

11. Do you send tracking numbers?

Yes! You will receive an email with all that information when we ship your item if you paid through the store.

12. If I order a ready to ship item along with a made to order item how will it be shipped?

If you order a ready to ship and made to order item together, both items will be shipped according the the made to order shipping policy for that specific item.
